At Sheinor, we strive to provide our customers with products that match the descriptions and images displayed on our website. Each product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with exchanges only.

⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.


Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are available for domestic orders only.

  • The item(s) requested for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Due to variations in display settings across devices, slight differences in colour, fabric texture, or finish may occur. Such variations will not be considered as valid reasons for exchange.

  • Exchanges are only valid for orders placed directly on our official website www.sheinor.com.


Exchange Process

  1. You must raise an exchange request within 72 hours of delivery by contacting us at sheinorstore@gmail.com.

  2. A fee of ₹200 per item will be charged for processing the exchange.

  3. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with supporting images.

  4. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address (see below). Reverse pick-up depends on service availability in your PIN code.

  5. Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, we will dispatch the requested (new) size/product within 24–48 working hours.

  6. Exchanges will only be processed once per order. Multiple exchanges for the same order will not be entertained.

  7. Exchange orders are not eligible for further exchange.

  8. Exchange will only be available for products of the same or higher value than the original order.

Self-Shipping of Orders (For Exchanges)

If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

✅ Please ensure:

  • Products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • Your Order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the packaging.

  • All items are in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

We recommend using Speed Post (Government of India service) for reliable and widely available shipping.

Cancellation Policy

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at sheinorstore@gmail.com.

  • We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept orders in case of:

    • Non-availability of fabric/raw material.

    • Errors in product listing or pricing.

    • Payment-related or fraudulent activity flagged by our system.

Our decision to accept or cancel an order will be final.


Refund Policy

At Sheinor, we do not provide any refunds once an order is placed and delivered.
Only exchange requests are accepted as per our Exchange Policy stated above.
